You keep saying you’ll make the time for yourself. You struggle to give yourself the space you need in order to pause, reflect and connect (with yourself, your Higher Power, your practices)...and if or when you do, you feel guilty.
You’ve been taught your ‘negative’ feelings are to be kept locked away, never to see the light of day...or at the very least tucked away and dealt with later and by yourself.
You continuously support others but don’t feel it’s reciprocated which is causing you to feel irritable + discontent. When you do have support in your corner, you can’t trust it or you end up feeling like a burden...either way, it has you turning away the help in the end.
You don’t understand ‘signs + synchronicities’, and you feel like everyone else has a gift but you. So you feel like the Universe actually doesn’t have your back.
